Mike Huggins, P.E., Principal, has accepted appointment to an advisory board position at the College of Civil Engineering at Texas A&M. The purpose of the advisory Board is to guide curriculum in the Department of Construction Engineering and Management on behalf of the Beavers’ Charitable Trust and the William F. Urban Endowment. The department receives significant financial support from private donors and alumni.
Mr. Huggins has 25 years of construction-related design experience as Chief Engineer, Project Field Engineer, and Estimator in a full range of marine heavy-civil construction. His construction experience includes projects throughout the western United States and Scandinavia. In 2003, after a successfull career in marine and bridge construction, Mr. Huggins joined PND and continues to work with national and regional contractors to solve construction engineering problems inherent while building complex marine and bridge structures. He currently leads PND's construction engineering efforts.
