PND has provided structural engineering for medical and laboratory facilities for private and governmental clients throughout Alaska. Often these are essential facilities that must be designed to accommodate patient areas, staff working spaces, and specialized equipment. These facilities must be designed with open floor plans to accommodate future space reconfigurations.
Many of these projects involve constructing additions to existing buildings that will house expanded services. PND works closely with our clients and the design team to develop effective and efficient solutions that minimize disruptions to existing services.
