Inuit Native Building

PND has wide experience designing industrial buildings, including oil field buildings and structures, mining site buildings, fish processing buildings, and local government utility and maintenance buildings. These facilities generally are designed to provide a specific purpose and need for a given process or operation.

In the design process, we become well aware of the unique operations, loadings, equipment, and operational constraints that will affect a building once in service. PND's engineers coordinate closely with the building owners and operators to define the design criteria. We then develop well detailed plans and specifications that result in cost-effective construction, often at remote sites with severe environmental loading.
