PND offers very competitive wages with overtime pay (1.5 times regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week), as well as discretionary cash bonuses. These are determined annually by the Board of Directors based on company financial performance and individuals’ job performance and longevity.
