PND helps achieve clients’ goals within regulatory parameters by providing extensive experience in environmental permitting, field investigations, and coordination between clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary sub-consultants. PND specializes in permitting for upland and aquatic civil and structural engineering projects while also designing and implementing wetland delineation, environmental impact mitigation, site restoration, and monitoring activities. Monitoring services during construction include noise, pH, turbidity, and marine mammal monitoring. The permitting department works closely with our engineers in order to seamlessly integrate with the project's design. PND prepares application packages for permits, authorizations, and documentation across the United States. Such application packages include but are not limited to:
