Permitting

PND helps achieve clients’ goals within regulatory parameters by providing extensive experience in environmental permitting, field investigations, and coordination between clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary sub-consultants. PND specializes in permitting for upland and aquatic civil and structural engineering projects while also designing and implementing wetland delineation, environmental impact mitigation, site restoration, and monitoring activities. Construction activity monitoring services include noise, pH, turbidity, and marine mammal monitoring.
